Sherry brings over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Professional Staffing fields.  Sherry founded J&J Search Solutions with the goal of partnering with organizations to help evolve workplace diversity focusing on the candidate identification, recruitment, and selection phases of the hiring process.

 

Using a strategic approach to developing diversity and inclusive sourcing and recruiting strategies, Sherry partners with clients to find the best and brightest talent for their organizations. She is committed to ensuring a diverse representation of qualified candidates that accurately reflect today's society. 

 

With more than 20 years of connecting talent across multiple functional specialties in the Charlotte market, she continues to successfully leverage her deep relationships to build an extensive network of candidates, business partners, and community partnerships.
